Bryce brings over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the capital markets, corporate benefit plans, and household financial planning. Bryce employs an analytical eye for process in building relationships with clients through understanding their circumstances and goals for the future. In addition, he utilizes his portfolio manager expertise to review the allocations and investment thesis for clients. For enterprises, he is experienced in generating tax optimized solutions for companies.
Bryce founded Treasury West in 2026. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an Eagle Scout as well as a Captain in the California Army National Guard with whom he served overseas twice, receiving a Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and Combat Action Badge in the tours. In Bryce’s free time, he enjoys reading, travel, and working on fulfilling home projects in Sonoma County.

Charlie Ucciferri joined Treasury West in 2026 and has worked in financial services since 2017. He has developed an expertise in alternative investments, private placements, and direct participation programs.
With previous roles as both a Due Diligence Analyst and Securities Principal, he brings a unique dual education in both product due diligence and regulatory compliance in the retail broker-dealer channel.
He is a member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.

Clients connect with her on a wide range of topics for financial success. Viviana works closely with members of her team to ensure clients receive relevant solutions in an efficient manner.
Prior to joining Treasury West, Viviana worked as a Wealth Manager at Perigon Wealth Management and previously as a Senior Associate at Burleson + Company.
Viviana is a graduate from the University of California Davis and received her Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a Minor in Communication. While an undergraduate, Viviana participated in the Morgan Stanley Financial Training Program and was VP of Academic Excellence for her sorority.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, you can find Viviana volunteering for Girls on the Run and exploring new places in Northern California. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and simply spending time with friends, family, and her dog Chester.

Claire has decades of financial services experience having begun her career on Wall Street working with sophisticated investors at Oppenheimer Capital. She continued her career with State Street Global Advisors in Boston and Brandywine Global in Philadelphia. Claire has worked extensively advising investors in constructing portfolios that include numerous asset classes such as public securities, private offerings, real estate, hedge funds and more. She has guided investors on tax mitigation strategies utilizing customized life insurance designs, annuities and
1031 exchanges of real estate, among others. Claire brings this depth and breadth of experience to her role growing the team focused on identifying future exceptional financial advisors for Treasury West.

Bob Sloan has accomplished a great deal in his very successful career, but above all, he is passionate about relationships and managing money. It comes through in the way he customizes each client experience based on their unique situation and goals; in the way he manages 9-figure portfolios with ease; how he invests in developing people around him. As a client, you’ll benefit from Bob’s strategic business acumen earned while building seven businesses from the ground up.
After graduating with a BS degree in Business Economics and an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Bob started out in international banking where he was a loan officer for Continental Illinois Bank covering Latin America. From there, he continued to rapidly grow revenues, net income and relationships for Security Pacific and CIBC where he specialized in corporate lending for Fortune 500 companies with a focus on the energy sector. Bob later moved into the private client business with Merrill Lynch London as the Central European Regional Private Banking head.

During this time, he was elected to the board of directors of Merrill Lynch International Bank, promoted to Assistant Regional Director of the Central European Brokerage Unit and was one of four International Global Internal Product Specialists for the firm.
In early 2000, Bob decided to focus on his passions: relationship and money management and business consulting. While at Merrill Lynch Zurich he expanded his base of private clients throughout Europe and later co-founded Sloan Asset Management AG to manage clients and assets on a global basis. Bob joined Treasury West in 2026.
Bob and his wife live in Delray Beach, FL.
